Brand, design, and Webflow in Amsterdam. One person from first call to launch.

Most engagements run brand, then design, then build in sequence, not three vendors in parallel. You get one accountable partner, clear presentations at each gate, and a site built to earn trust and convert. Full runs are often two to three months; complex builds can run longer.

What you get

Three phases. One outcome.

Hire me for a single phase or the full run. I stay in that lane only. Design lives in Figma; development starts after approval. See the homepage overview or read why one engagement beats three vendors.

Phase 01 · ~2–4 weeks

Branding

I nail your brand identity first: logo, colour, typography, and the full visual system. Every choice comes from who you actually are, not what looks good on a template. Nothing random, nothing pretty-for-the-sake-of-it.

Deliverables

  • Positioning inputs and competitive context
  • Logo system and primary lockups
  • Colour, type, and usage rules
  • Brand book or guidelines your team can run with

Phase 02 · ~4–6 weeks

Web design

Once branding is locked, I design a custom site in Figma that genuinely feels like you. Not a template with your logo on it. Wireframes, concept, revisions: every page from scratch, built to convert. I do not design inside Webflow.

Deliverables

  • Sitemap and page-level structure
  • Textual wireframes where copy and layout evolve together
  • Figma UI for key templates and components
  • Revision rounds until design is approved for build

Phase 03 · ~4–8 weeks

Webflow development

After design approval I build in Webflow: responsive, CMS-ready, with the interactions that make people stay. Revisions, animations, onboarding. When migration is in scope, SEO structure and redirects are planned before launch (see Dunck). You get a site your team can run without opening a ticket every week.

Deliverables

  • Responsive Webflow build matched to approved design
  • CMS collections and editor onboarding
  • Motion and interaction where they earn attention
  • Launch checklist, handover, and migration/SEO when scoped
  1. 01

    First call

A 30-minute fit call: your goals, timeline, and whether brand-through-build in one engagement is the right shape. No pitch deck, just clarity on what you need and what I can own.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Scoped phases, deliverables, and investment. Brand only, design only, or the full run: one accountable partner from strategy through Webflow handover, not three vendors stitched together.

  3. 03

    Kick-off meeting

Align stakeholders, confirm milestones, and map content needs. I agree how decisions get made so the project does not stall in revision loops later.

  4. 04

    Brand presentation

Identity direction in context, not slides in a vacuum. You see how the brand holds up on real touchpoints before I move into web design.

  5. 05

    Web design presentation

Figma walkthrough of the full site system: layout, type, and key pages. Revisions until we both love it; only then does development start.

  6. 06

    Development presentation

Webflow build review: responsive behaviour, CMS, animations, and launch checklist. Handover so your team can publish confidently after go-live.

Content

Words are part of the system, not an afterthought.

Copy is structured before the build, not pasted in at the end.

Textual wireframes

Before pixels lock in, I shape page-level copy with templates that work like textual wireframes: section by section, so messaging and layout evolve together. You are never staring at lorem ipsum pretending it is strategy.

Your copy, your copywriter, or mine

Some clients arrive with approved copy. Others work with a copywriter they trust. When you need support, I facilitate the writing against the structure we defined, always in service of clarity and conversion, not filler.

Strategy session when it matters

Repositioning, new markets, or a site that has outgrown the company often need a dedicated strategy session first: positioning, audience, and proof before brand or design starts. I only add that step when the project actually needs it.

What clients say

When the design concept was presented for the first time, it just came to life. That was something we never could have arrived at ourselves. The combination of strategic thinking and strong visual design: conceptually solid, visually striking, with clear reasoning behind every decision. That's what genuinely surprised us.

Engagement

Built for teams who want leverage, not headcount.

Scale-ups, consultancies, and established brands that need credibility and conversion, not a template refresh. One partner from strategy through handover.

Timeline

A full engagement is often two to three months; bigger builds can run four to five. Phase one (brand) is usually two weeks to a month; phase two (design) around one to one and a half months; phase three (Webflow) around one to two months, up to three on complex work.

Investment

Brand-through-build typically starts from €10,000; most full projects land between €15,000 and €35,000 depending on scope and CMS complexity. Single phases are scoped after a fit call. The homepage FAQ covers the same ranges in short form.

Revisions

Revisions until we both love it at brand, design, and build gates. Decisions stay with one person so nothing gets lost between phases.
